From the CEO: QNM 2011 Quality Award Recipients

The Quality of New Mexico (QNM) organization, just published their 2010 Quality awards recipients.  We are proud and honored that two of our inProcess™  customers were 2010 Road Runner recipient winners:  French Families of Companies, and Gila Regional Medical Center (from Silver City NM).  This is a huge accomplishment for both of these organizations.  The Quality Journey that they both have ventured into is not  easy. This journey follows  very stringent Malcolm Baldrige criteria.  PMCS itself has been the recipient of the Road Runner award twice, so I am writing from experience.

We are honored to be a part of these two organizations’ respective Quality Journeys, and wish them continual success in their respective industries.  In the past inProcess™ was also a major process management tool for two Zia award recipients, in 2005 Don Chalmers, Inc. won the Zia award (highest level QNM award) and in 2008 the Kirtland Federal Credit Union was also a Zia award recipient.

PMCS is proud to provide a solution tool (inProcess™) in support of these recipients, and others business process management initiatives.

About QNM

“Quality New Mexico, through partnerships, workshops, events and assessments, provides valuable education and feedback on quality concepts to New Mexico organizations.  It is the only official program in New Mexico to determine and provide recognition to recipients on level of accomplishment.

Quality New Mexico also administers the New Mexico Quality Awards that is modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards Program.  The NMQA program assesses and recognizes organizations at three levels: Zia Award for Performance Excellence, Roadrunner Recognition for Progress, and Pinon Recognition for Commitment.” —QUALITY NEW MEXICO
